Hi all, my 1992 HDJ80 seems at each Spanish mot to have a low pressure issue. When brake pedal is depressed i would expect some indication that the servo is activated. Question. Is there a repair kit available for the servo. Or is there an upgraded servo available.
Hi, well my Hdj80 finally passed yhe yhe Spanish mot. The brakes do not feel any different despite spending loads of money at Toyota main dealer. Still it passed, appently with the minimum force of 5% allowed on the rear. My suspicion is and always has been the servo. Is there a repair kit or an...

I will get a set on seals for both sides and fit them myself. Hopefully the worst difficulty, as previous reported on here before, is purging the lines of air . Lol
I suspect the same but the Toyota main dealer here doesnt agree. I put it into Toyota after the 1st mot failure. They changed the brake master cylinder seals. Failed again, they then found air still in the system. They put it on a brake tester and gave me the data printout. See attached.

Hi, I have just been underneath , the lsv is located inside left hand rear wheel area. I was going to spray the bolts with wd 40 to avoid breaking anything but, I can't for the life of me see where it can be adjusted. Any ideas or instructions from a workshop manual please.
