    My 76 has a beeper on the handbrake, beeps continuously if the handbrake is not fully down beyond the first click.

    70 Series FOB?

    Did you have any luck upgrading to remote central locking? I saw Ben's response but the locking kit offered is a full system, rather more than needed for our cars with key entry central locks? Mark
