The front half of the chassis is mint, not really even surface rust, it’s the rear where it was covered in wax oyl that it all rotted, the axle mounts, difflock work etc all okay and just needs a wire brush an paint, The very back part of chassis, around bumper to where the panhard cross member...

Anyone had to replace fuel lines due to pin holes? Mines rusted around the rear passenger door, can I cut the bad bit out and jubilee clip some rubber hose on to the metal fuel line? Will it stay on or could the pressure blow it off? Or go a garage an see if they can make a metal one? thanks

I changed my other bearing beginning of the year and changed the ball joints to terrain tamer, I’m very paranoid about them failing:tearsofjoy: Sending it to a local garage to have the bearing done as I’d have to pay to get it pressed out anyway and it’s too rainy to be stripping it down haha...
