Nah for what I do I prefer leaf springs and I don't think I would be able to get the flex and travel that I have with a 4-link coil set up. And all in all the leaf springs are more durable in my opinion less to go wrong. Coils arent as good in the rocks either they bounce leaf spring stay...
So I recently went to fire up my FJ and will not fire up at all. Turns over I have fuel pressure but no spark. I'm thinking its probably the ignition switch as all my fuses are good but no power to my distributor. Anyone think of anything else? I would hate to spend the $100usd on a new switch...
You could always try www.painlessperformance.com too. they might have something that would work on that application made up. I used factory harness on mine and ran separate gauges to get exact readings. There's always a way to do something

Did a 383 stroker sbc in my fj40. One of the best up grades i had ever done! Especially if you want to pull your boat with it and plan on being in the hills camping. Nothing against the factory straight 6. I also just prefer the sound of a throaty v-8! Have to put some pics up soon
If you like v-8 diesels check out the 7.3L power stroke made by international in the older Ford super dutys we have in the states. They are very dependable and rugged. will run on anything almost. I have A old Ford pick up with it and wouldnt trade for anything!
