honestly im looking at a hilux , simply due to the fact its pretty much the same running gear as my 120 , always loved the aussie trayback/canopy style for touring since watch ronny dahl and his cruiser years ago

its underneath the driver, i had an aftermarket cd in there which took such a pain to remove, however it still didnt work with the original disc. in hindsight i would have got the lc4 too.

I did check the tesla headunit as mine is the lc5 so i guess that's the only option to keep ac control. underside doesn't seem to bad tbh, I know trevor said was good 5 years ago :P. thanks for the reply though :)

hey all my 120 is now hitting 171k mileage, seems to run fine still but some qol issues are making me wonder if now time to change. sat nav freezes and doesnt read the disc anymore, air con has a leak somewhere, seat bolsters are ripped too. whats the life of the d4d engine? is 171 getting to...

looks quite nice i thought, engine sounds a belter. from what the aussies can do with a 200 i cant wait to see what they do with the 300. shame we prob wont see it over here , i wont even be able to dream and touch one lol

yup bag was put overnight, im taken the switch unit out so far as still didn't work this morning, just checking on fleabay for the unit, seems lots for 100 and 90 series, but not the 120.

hey all slight issue where my front window driver side isn't closing, the switch is working on down as I hear the motor clicking but on up nothing is happening, I did get some water on the switch from a puddle so im hoping maybe needs dry out? is there anyway to manually close the window for now?

I went through superior engineering, not sure the chap still works there but was easy to order and they marked the packages lower price for the import tax reasons :)

regarding the air bags on the rear, I brought a pair from airbagman in aus which also gave a 2in lift, so far 30k miles has proven no issues at all. :)

talking of sand driving, are they any tracks or places in the uk to actually drive on sand? only one iv heard is black rock sands, but do we have any tracks also quite sandy?
