Established 2BWild Safaris to fulfill a dream of enabling my fellow countrymen and nature-lovers from around the world to experience the pure excitement and wonder of the African bush which I have spent a life-time exploring. My passion for nature, the outdoors and conservation have led me to the point where I wish to educate and share with others the thrill, beauty and sheer diversity of fauna and flora to be found all over Southern Africa. I have lived in South Africa for most of my life apart from living in Maun, Botswana near the Okavango Delta for a short while. I have travelled through many game reserves in South Africa and, since 2000, have been undertaking safaris and adventure trips to neighbouring countries such as Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe, Zambia and Moczmbique.

I have a Diploma in Managing Tourism in South Africa and obtained a Certificate in Environmental Appreciation and Interpretation through the Field-Guides Association of South Africa and North West Parks & Tourism Board-approved Bushveld Mosaic Course and am an Honorary Officer of the North West Parks & Tourism Board.

In 2012, I met my soul-mate, John, an editor and photographer and also passionate about overlanding, the great outdoors (the wilder, the better) and wildlife. We are based in Sandton, Johannesburg.
