What type of Tool do I need for this?

Tried to remove back seats from my 80 series and found this.

Can anyone tell me what tool I need to remove it.

Big hammer and a chisel? seriously though you could try drilling a hole in the centre and using one of those self tapping extractor thingys

Those are 'one-way'/'security' screws. Not used one of these myself but a google suggests:

Yup, hammer and chisel or Mole grips, once it's out replace it with an ordinary bolt

I think they were only fitted to the imports.

Hi

Had the same in my truck and drilled them out.

Took mine out yesterday with a hammer & punch, then followed by mole grips..

If they are rusted in place (unlikely on an import) then get someone with a welder to weld a bolt to them and then remove with normal tools.
