1978 FJ40 Clutch release cylinder parts

Folks,
While driving down the road, lost the clutch and it seems that the rod over-extended the Clutch release cylinder so I lost the the piston part, but the rod and boot was still left in the release fork!!

Anyway, I need to get the FJ40 on the road as soon as possible, and it looks like the parts will take weeks to arrive. Does anyone have any ideas or the parts?

Years ago when my clutch pushrod bar bar snapped, Milners had all the necessary parts in stock and I received them the following morning.

Worth trying them.
