yes it was, the pump housing and main shaft was worn, kept it going ok for a while but started raising the oil level so put it in for replacement

she is in getting a full injection pump remove, rebuild, install...

added a Walbro lift pump, it did show up a slight leak in the primer pump so have a new on on order, IP runs quieter, and car seems to drive smoother

I had re-oiled it over 5 years ago, but the temps were getting too high again even tho you could still feel resistance when trying to spin the fan

went for a 300km drive yesterday and am very happy with the new fan and hub, reduced my temps by 20 to 30c

this arrived today, seems good quality, installing it this weekend

The old girl is back up and running :) most of the other 4x4s had to be towed up this, it was pretty soft

got the rebuilt ARB air locked rear diff back in, cost me a portion of a finger getting it out nearly 6 weeks ago, bloody good feeling driving it again :)

it did need some surgery to clip back the exposed bone, hurt when I did it, and after the local wore off after the opp, hope its ok enough to return to work in a week
