Air filter importance.
368,000 Km on 80 series diesel Landcruiser and suddenly started burning oil. Thought worst. Was ready for bad news but even though car serviced regularly the air filter had not been changed for long time? Changed air filter and problem disappeared. Almost no burnt oil.
