I use amayama.com .Most of the parts are coming directly from Japan. Found everything I need so far. I've got HZJ73 and went through hell 'till I got everything intact!
I've got few months ago a very nice '92 BJ73 (HZJ73) Heavy Duty with the usual problems. Got stuck finding side panels and solved the problem by finding the right guy to do the body work and repaint. I'm really happy with the results so far.

Gap, you can get from any 7* series with 1HZ . Best you can do is if you find 73 Heavy duty('92-'96). It's indentical under the hood with yours.
You will need the knob on/off as well. You have all other wires .
