Looking to see if there's enough interest to put on another camp at Fotheringhay in November.
The formula is very simple. A massive field to ourselves next to the River Nene. Portaloo and fresh water. Walking and cycling tracks. Access to the river. Some history bits. Friendly farmer. Central...
No, seriously, don't get excited. This really is an assortment of random odds and sods but hopefully some bits will come to good use. New shed forces sale. I may be able to post etc if you're not lucky enough to be in the People's Rep. PayPal accepted for posher items; bar tokens C/O The Raven...
Anyone on this friendly forum residing near Insch in Aberdeenshire? I've bought a stainless camp table from up there and would like to get it off the seller's hands. It's all been fully paid for of course. I will then either head up there myself in the next few weeks or send a reliable courier...
I know, I know, third time lucky - but this time it really has to go. Full details on FB Marketplace. Happy to accommodate any leads from this forum in any way I can.

My 75 series had power steering retrofitted by the previous owner. The details are vague but the steering box is from an Australian 76 series and has apparently had the shaft machined because it was rusty. It is also leaking quite badly. Hopefully this can be rebuilt and sorted with new seals...
Long shot but does anyone have some brackets or holders for a pair of sand ladders? Anything considered. Ideally I'd like some hinged L brackets for the side of the camper so they could double as a prep table.
I've had to get a smaller Engel so this beast is up for sale. Clean and odourless. A few superficial marks here and there but works just as intended. Original 12v lead. No carry handles but marine eyebolts mounted instead. £300 collected from Sheffield or I may be able to meet up if it's...
The Toyota collection is growing - ever so slightly. This arrived over Christmas and has quickly become part of the family. Amazing little thing. 110k miles on the clock and spotless in and out. Must stop myself from thinking about A-frames and trailers.
Recent wet spells have regularly messed with my windscreen wipers (on all the time), central locking and alarm (not working/going off all the time) and seatbelt sensors (on all the time). After a dry day all goes back to normal again. Is there an obvious place to start looking at?
Gauging interest in an impromptu meetup in November.
I've been offered a gorgeous, secluded site right on the river Nene just minutes off the A1(M) at Peterborough. I've been a few times and it's a cracker, especially in winter.
We'll have the whole field to ourselves. Children, dogs and...
I first heard of the Graham Murray T.50 earlier today and when I googled it I came across another one of his projects at the opposite end of the automotive spectrum that was much more interesting.

Of any use to anybody? Came with the LC fire tender and surplus to requirements.
Approx 126x110 cm and very heavy duty. VGC.
Collection from Sheffield.
This has been on my wishlist for a long time. A Cruiser that is slightly bigger than the station wagons. A cab that seats three or more over two rows. A camper that sleeps three without canvas and sleeping bags. And - given the way the world is going - a less complex truck that is structurally...
Would anyone be up for reinstating the club calendar for 2023?
Obviously with a big nod to Chris and following his stringent guidelines. By the end of the year hopefully at least some of us will have ventured further than Aldershot Tesco's carpark.
Emma has offered to produce it and I can do...
Kampa Geyser 12v/gas hot water setup.
Very good condition. Bought virtually unused by me and never got around to doing anything with it.
Complete package with carry bag, shower hose and head, manuals etc.
£140 collected from Sheffield or £150 shipped with overnight courier to anywhere in the UK.
Hello @Crispin et al. Ads started popping up on the regular Android app today even though I'm a paid member. Never seen that happen before. Do I need to adjust my set?
If anyone can make use of this I can bring it to Trevor's pub or it will be available to pick up from Sheffield after the weekend.
All was in good working order until two of the horizontal awning poles snapped the other day. Now surplus to requirements.
Spar hinge inserts (£28 for 2) and other...
We've gone and picked up another Eriba. This time it's the 'big' one - a 3-berth Troll from the 80s.
It's in marvellous original condition for its age but it's crying out for a lift and some BFGs on 15" steel rims.
It's not just about offroad ground clearance, aesthetics and the inability...
Seeing if anyone on here is interested in this at the bargain price of £200 before I list it in all the usual places.
82L compressor fridge-freezer in good working condition. Very solid construction with a few superficial scratches here and there. Clean and odour-free. 12V and Euro mains leads...
Gone up a size so these four BFGs are available if they can be of use to anyone. They have been on for 5+ years and done 60-70k miles with no punctures or repairs. The two rears are not too bad with 7-8mm of thread. The fronts are on 4-5mm with worn edges. Advisories from MoT last month...
I have one of these and it's very solid but just a bit too big for my vehicle and needs. Interested in a straight swap for something smaller around the 40-50L mark. A few scratches but in very good, clean condition.
Full specs here: NVOX K82P : Product : NVOX - [Leaving Land Cruiser Club]
My old factory gearbox undertray came off the other day and ended up shredded all over Sheffield Parkway.
Anyone have a replacement they would part with?
Thanks
J
Now confirmed that the trailer test and B+E restrictions for non-grandfathers are getting scrapped later this year.

I think I may have just stumbled upon the ideal spot for a meet up north.
Thanks to the wonders of FB Marketplace I am spending the weekend alone in a field and woodland down a narrow lane between J22 and J23 of the M62.
Once a month it's used for paintballing - the rest of the time it's...
Looks like we're off on an aimless drive around Wales next week.
Never strayed far off the main roads so any recommendations for places to stay and things to see are very welcome. I've had a trawl through the archives and made a few notes but it's always good to hear from people who have been...
The Kurds at my car wash who are all big Toyota/Lexus fans told me today that the Land Cruiser was universally nicknamed 'Monica' in Iraq in the late 90s after Clinton's mistress.
Instant 50L batches of cheap and green fuel overnight and your own diesel pump. Is this the answer to my lack of space to make my own or is it the bread machine of biofuels?
I'm upgrading this weekend so my old awning/room combo will be up for sale if anyone is interested.
It's a sand-coloured ARB-style jobbie of unknown provenance (other than it came from Chris's lockup a year or two ago).
The awning itself has seen plenty of use, has lots of stains and the...
A dry and detailed look at the J70 as 'the most widely-used ground combat vehicle of the modern age'. Two more episodes to come if you're still awake after the first one.
This truck has been for sale for around £10k by its longtime owner on a Swedish website since November. Years ago it used to be parked up near me in London so when I saw that it was still in the country I was tempted to go and have a look but it never happened. Last week it briefly appeared on...
Rare XL Maggiolina on FB. No relation to seller etc. Used to have one of these and the width is amazing.

I’m watching a small roofrack (110x130) on eBay but unfortunately it’s all the way down in Ashburton in Devon. With no events on the horizon this is a long shot but is anyone heading in that direction?
