I don’t think I had put this up yet, I made a double swing arm bumper for the rear. arm spindles are from trail forged in the US if anyone is interested. Etch primer then raptor coat just need a front bumper now

Looks like a good project you’ve got there I got the brake issues sorted today. I used a mk3 hilux proportion valve, this does away with a return line too the front. So to re cap the brake setup standard rear drums - new slave cylinders from Milner and shoes. mk3 proportioning valve early...

You know what I might give that a go. Just fitted a 80 series early booster second hand. Worked a treat for a few stops then the problem came back.

Cheers bud I found a chap on eBay who breaks 80 series. Ordered a early non abs booster so hopefully this resolves the issue And fits.

Engine on

The brake issues persist! the vacuum climbs steady (cheap vacuum tester I bought) then as soon as you touch the brakes the pressure drops right off. This is the second booster in the truck. Both have been old parts but new ones are hard to find. The pedal feel is never hard always sounds like...

Some jobs done during lock down New thermostat and radiator hoses Interior in New clutch master Fitted a mx5 throttle dampener to smooth out the throttle a little All lights in and working had to fully strip the old rear lume apart. Still to do Dampers Needs a new brake booster...
