    Thanks mate. I ended up taking out the tank the way you suggested, a bit awkward, but not too bad. The hardest part was getting the filler and breather hoses back on while balancing the tank on my knees. Thanks again for the help. Cheers, Greg.

    It turns out this access panel is only for the sender unit, so I'm going to have to drop the tank. Are there any tricks to dropping the sub tank...or is it just awkward?

    Good stuff. Thanks a lot for that. Do you know if there is a way I can disconnect the pump, maybe a connection somewhere I can undo? It keeps blowing the EFI fuse on start-up.
