I've been trying to write this for the last hour, but I can't seem to put the words together. All I can say is in the time I've known Chris, he was a true gentleman, had time for anyone and gave me some fantastic advice. I will never forget the first time we met through the forum in real life...

Bloody hell Chris, I’ve not been on the forum due to my life stuff getting in the way (moving house). All I can say, is fight it like we all know you can and if you need anything let us know and I’m sure the brain trust will be able to sort it.
I’ve got some heated mirror glasses for a Landcruiser 80. As I went another route they are not needed, if someone pays shipping I’ll post them if not I’ll deposit them in my local landfill as I need to clear stuff out as the house is going on the market Monday.
Thanks, Trevor for "doing your time". Only made it to two events but loved every minute of it. Sad that it's the end of an era and sad that I couldn't have made more.
Hopefully, we can have more events arranged this year after being stuck inside for so long. Can't wait to meet everyone that's...
I love Iceland an amazing place only been there once but I’ve been looking at the ferry from Denmark but it’s stupidly expensive to take the truck over.
It's stopped me flying around an airport a few times, as I was in the flight path. By an airport, I mean a tiny internal-only airport that I didn't know was there.
Sorry to hijack the thread but @Chris the smugglers pass looks amazing (La Massana to Alins - [Leaving Land Cruiser Club]) Would you suggest giving it a visit post covid?
Just go with the biggest cable you can afford/find. You can’t have a cable that is too thick the larger the gauge of the cable less voltage drop and you will have faster charging, be sure the fuse all links in the system though.
Due to the lockdown and a few other things my plans have had to change and wondering if anyone knows of a lockup/ unit / space to rent (6-12 months) that’s under cover and large enough to fit a HGV in around the Sheffield / Barnsley area.
Otherwise I’ll have to pass up on a good deal on a 6x6...
Message I got @Fattrucker, he’s currently in the arse end of nowhere in Scotland, so spotty mobile coverage, so posting for him.
Hi I have a '92 K Landcruiser 80 series automatic. Japanese import with 315,000km on the clock . The truck "has been very well looked after by a mechanic" so I was...
I can't wait to be eating that "wonderful" produce from the USA. I love how the government where "we will not lower food safety standards". Then last week vote through a bill that allows them to do exactly that.
