Thanks Firewout, For a complete change over they are all around $2000 give or take a couple of hundred The springs are not to bad so at this stage I'm looking at just doing the shocks, shackles, bush's etc. Tighten up the front end & go from there Cheers Pauly

The one I got is the Max Ellery manual - for cruisers 40, 55, 60, 70 & the Bundera Series - BJ, HJ, LJ It's not bad but I will look for another to cross reference & for the bits & bob's missing in this manual If you find a different one could you let me know? Cheers Pauly

Hi all, The 40 main tank doesn't look all that good inside. I had to open the top to look at the sender unit - UGLY inside tweak the rusted sender unit to give me a rough fuel level but needs replacing what you do in my situation Cheers Pauly

The parabolic's sound the goods but they don't make them for the 40 series I've having a look into the EFS stuff any one running there suspension?

Had a bit of time for a walkabout & look what I found He was not bothered by me at all

Quick over nighter to test out some new Spot lights & general camp lights worked a treat Pauly

Did go over the weigh bridge but was slightly loaded come in at 2.18 tonnes had half a main & half a sub tank in diesel take off the swag, water, hi lift jack, esky, etc. your getting closer to the 2 ton mark hope that helped Pauly

Forgot to ask Were is the best place to get a service manual for the 40?, I put mine away in such a safe place I cant remember were it is.

The Pic attached is what I started with & what I got now To be honest I'll take the 40 before I take the 200 regardless if its to the shops or the big lap now she's up & running
