Anyone had to replace fuel lines due to pin holes? Mines rusted around the rear passenger door, can I cut the bad bit out and jubilee clip some rubber hose on to the metal fuel line? Will it stay on or could the pressure blow it off? Or go a garage an see if they can make a metal one? thanks

I changed my other bearing beginning of the year and changed the ball joints to terrain tamer, I’m very paranoid about them failing:tearsofjoy: Sending it to a local garage to have the bearing done as I’d have to pay to get it pressed out anyway and it’s too rainy to be stripping it down haha...

Thank you mate but unfortunately not, there the ones from the prop to the diff, the ones I need are transfer case end and they have a stud fitted permanently and you just tighten a nut on when fitting the prop

Has anyone tried a set of standard 120 series front springs on there 90? ive read a lot of people in aus use the lifted 120 springs for 3”~ lift but was thinking a standard height 120 may give an inch or maybe 2? trying to lift mine on a very tight budget due too buying the wrong front...

Well the day came.. oil in, props on, last check over that everything’s tight... Fired her up SHES FIXED! no thud noise at all when changing gears and most importantly the horrible ratchet/machine gun sound under load has gone!:smile::smile: thankyou so much @BobMurphy now just got to fit...

Well turns out my crowbar fitted perfectly on the selectors and out of bad temper I wedged the rod and now the out put shafts are spinning and it’s selecting all ranges, neutral, high lock, high and low:) just got to try find someone to replace my uni joints and I can fit the props and see if...

Also does the little hole in the shaft have nothing to do with the ball then? I assumed I stick it in there :tearsofjoy:

Managed to get the little ball- well a pack of 10 hahah when fitting it does it go in the hole on the shaft or rest against bearing and sit in the recess on the gear? I’m not the brightest I just wanted to double check what you meant on the pics haha
