I have now had Toyota's "Canbus blocker" installed (but not wholly paid for) by Toyota. I believe as well as the 150, it also applies to RAV4 and C-HR and a number of Lexus models.

There is now (Feb 2025) an official Toyota CANbus blocker available. Only been available for a short time and Toyota dealers are not yet 'up to speed' on knowing about it. Some info about it in C-HR forum here - see post No 63 in thread which is dated 12th January 2025.
