Fixed, I dropped the steering column to check wiring from the relay, played around inspecting wires didnt find anything, tried the horn and it works. It was moving these things with the orange plugs, what are they ?

Wondering if I blew the new relay by not disconnecting the battery when I changed out the headlight wiper controller, can a relay still be faulty even though it still clicks?

Hi all, so I'm having issues with the horn on my 93 hzj 75. I managed to get it going by extending the pin to the steering wheel, then I changed the headlight/ wiper controller and it doesn't work again. There's power at the controller pin, power at the horn, fuse is good and the relay clicks...
