HZJ 75 has the stronger H55F gearbox while the HZJ 79 has the weaker R151F gearbox. However the HDJ79 has the even stronger H151/0f box if available to you ...

Did you speak to them directly ? They were willing to send a kit to my buddy with a 2012 HZJ 78 converted to 1HD-T - it just required detailed pictures etc

Fit the large PDI cooler - it dropped my EGTs by 100 to 150 DegC pre turbo across the entire range.Going to a 1HD-T will always be 1st prize though 2c

I think your tyres are too small.Should you not be on 16" rims to begin with ? Around here guys have used 235x 85 R16 or even 255x85 R16, if turboed.

What size tyres are you running ? Do you have stock diff ratios ?
