I think it's about time the UK looked at a license plate system that is only obtainable once the car owner has tax, mot and insurance in place, would be so much easier to sort out the cheats.

Is there such a thing as a good 4x4 that will do 40mpg? why not go for something you like and do a bio fuel conversion, might not do 40mpg but it will be as cheap as chips to run, or maybe smell like chips when its running. Malcee
