100 series - 1999 with only 28k miles!

Totally depends if someone wants a 21 year old like new truck. There have been a couple of the far more desirable 04- models with only a few more miles for the same money.
If its mint underneath, with proper rust prevention it could provide someone woth a good truck for years.
Still, IMO a "chancer" price.
 
We brought out 2003 truck in 2011 and it only had 23k miles on the clock. We found that the various rubber seals and gaskets needed replacing fairly quickly and long before you would normally expect, my theory being that they dried out while it was sat around for long periods of time. Might be wrong of course. No major problem and it's reassuring to know they have all been replaced, but some potential cost to factor in if someone is considering it.
