100vx wont start

This afternoon after trying all the advice and it finding any faulty fuses in both fuse boxes( I think I’ve removed and cleaned every possible fuse!!!) I did the following
Disconnected both batteries for just about 10 minutes
Reconnected and inserted the ignition key ….the immobiliser light went off as it should for the first time BUT the flash lights continued!!
I then tried to start the engine and it responded immediately but didn’t have diesel in the system ..since I did the tank and inlet clean up
I also noted the front left flash light is not working! Could this affect anything?? I’ll get replacement tomorrow from Halfords hopefully!
I’ll manually feed the injectors by pressing on the filter knob and see if it’ll start
