1995 75 series diff oil

Just woundering what diff oill i should use for my 1995 75 series rear diff. And also whats the capacity of it. Cheers

The vehicle owners handbook says 1.85 litres of Hypoid SAE90 GL4 or 5. Multigrade 80W-90 is fine.
I have seen 2.0 litres quoted somewhere else but that might be for the front diff, which surprisingly takes more.

I should add that i have a rear diff locker. Will that effect how much oil it takes

A little. Not much. Just fill it until the oil runs out of the fill hole. Let it stop dripping and put the plug back in. 2 litres will be more than enough. The quantity is self regulating, you can't overfill it.

I am using 80W-90 GL 5 in my Troopy. Like Tel Boy said, fill it up on leveled ground until it runs out of you fillerplug.
