1998 Land Cruiser - Door Lock Actuators or Door Lock Relay

New to the post. Love my Land Cruiser and have about 300K on a 1998.

Here is the situation. My front driver door lock unlocks with the remote, but none of the other locks unlock although I hear the clicking of the locks in the other doors include the rear latch. If I manually unlock each door, by pressing the remote each door locks, but when I press the remote to unlock the doors, only the front passenger door will unlock.

I go to the Toyota dealer and they are saying it is either the actuator in each door in which case it will cost me about $500 per door (parts and labor) or I will need a new computer.

I went to an online auto parts store and I see the "door lock relay" for about $10. Is that the same as the actuator that the dealer is talking about?

Any help with this situation would be much appreciated.

Relay is not actuator. The actuator is a small motor and a gear. The motor in the actuators wear out, and can be changed, for 2-3 $ a piece, and some handy fingers.
