1HD-T Fuel Pump Recondition

was wondering if anyone knows of anyone who is a dab hand at reconditioning fuel pumps? Haven’t found any in the UK available to buy and they’re not cheap anyway.

I got mine reconditioned at Edinburgh Diesel in Galasheils. I think it was about £470. They did an excellent job.

Not sure about the UK but did recondition mine in Cyprus last year for around 450 Euros

Depends on your UK location but...
Colchester Fuel Injection Services ......very good ....I have used them with AG fuel injection parts both mechanical and very latest common rail ...... and will tweak stuff ;-)

Automarine Diesels nr Brighton also very good ....often use them for my business and they did my 24v 80 series injectors

Can I ask why you think you need your pump refurbed? There’s stuff that can be done by a reasonably useful home mechanic with a few precautions followed.
