Mr Marty what sort of weight would the caravan be loaded up for touring and all up with the cruiser does look a good rig you got there happy touring mate

Hi Steve,

Van was about 3,2T loaded (2 adults, 2 kids). Trip ended up 23,000 Km and the Cruiser averaged 19L/100Km (all distances logged and fuel used calculated not guessed)
 
Thats some distance over here that would be what some do in a year so best i can work out is 3.2 tonne for the van plus 2.4tonne for the cruiser all up around 5.6 tonne and best i can work out is around say 16mpg id would say thats not bad dragging the van and what would the split be between on and offroad please forgive the questions as over here we can only dream about your big outdoors as a lot of the tracks we have left in the UK are getting less and less so they get used more and more then get closed because of wear and erosion so if you have some happy snaps of a few places you and you family have been they would be drooled over and appriciated
