2L-T head problem

hello guys, my old head just died, there was big crack in all cylenders ., between the valves, anyways

i bought brand-new, but got one problem, where the exhaust bolt-holes are on the site of the head, the holes are diffrent from the older head, so what can i do, boy another exhaust unit who fits this head? is there maby some more problem between thoes two head´s (this engine have rocker arms, old one)

Is this the old alloy topped 2L-T got the same problem with mine the head went so I put the head off a mk2 hilux pick up on and the bolts don't line up running it steady with only 4 studs in place till I pluck up the courage to tap some new holes into it

All seems to run fine
