35 inch tyres, whats needed ?

Hi all, I know this subject has probably been covered many times but cant seem to find the right thread. I'm currently building a 24v 80 manual diesel and concidering fitting oversize tyres, but could do with some advice on what mods are needed.
The LC is mainly a road going tow truck although does also go off road, so dont want to lift it too high as to effect its road manners. If gearing is an issue I have a pair of auto diffs to fit.
