91 MODEL 80 SERIES REAR HUBS

    HI ALL ABOUT MY 8O SERIES CAN ANYONE TELL ME IS THERE ANY DIFFERENCE IN THE HUBS ON A REAR DRUM BRAKE MODEL AS TO REAR DISK BRAKE MODEL EVEN THOUGHT THE DRUM OR THE DISK GO OVER THE HUB THEY SHOULD BE THE SAME OS EACH OTHER ANY HELP OUT THERE WOULD BE APPRECIATED THANKS FROM IANMCOUTBACK FROM AUSTRALIA.

    I’ve got drum brakes on the rear of my 1995 80, but I’ve no idea whether the hubs are the same as a disc brake model.

    Best to “borrow” a disc brake model VIN and compare the Toyota part numbers with those that come up using your own VIN.

    Thank mate for the reply nice rig by the way. Yes I wonder here Australia the last 80 series with rear drum brakes was 1991 then all after that had disk. Surprised to see yours was a 95 model. I have another hub from a later model will do the maths and see if they are the same. Thanks again take care on the road mate.
