AC Compressor Denso Replacement

I recently went crazy looking to replace the compressor to find out that all I needed to do is clean the exchange radiator of the compressor that when dirty makes the compressor temporary seize making the belt screech. It’s not the belt, it’s not the compressor, it’s the dirt on the AC radiator.

However the part number is the following:
Denso DCP50078 which you’ll find for €435.
