adjusting rear wagon doors - 2002 model 100 series.

Hi all, looking to adjusting the rear doors to back end of the wagon, is there away to does, I have released the lock screws etc, but no movement for adjusting...Any thoughts welcome, appreciated.

Are we talking rear upper and lower tailgate? or rear Barn Doors? or Rear Passenger doors?
