cant post pictures direct off phone.

For the last month or so i cant post pictures direct from my samsung on any forum. Its doing my head in..

ive not knowingly changed any settings on my phone, it used to work like a champ, now its all rubbish.

i get this exuse : "the uploaded file does not have a allowed extension."

Anyone help?
