Little bit of advice needed please.

Just noticed tonight that if you put the truck into reverse and move back sharply the auto box engages with a jerk then the truck moves backwards  If you move back normally it engages fine. It is very rare i have to reverse in a hurry but i do live on the side of a road and have to back-in quickly sometimes.

Once the truck has started moving in reverse you can accelerate as hard as you want and it is fine. It seems that If you put it into reverse and accelerate quickly it sort of pauses then jerks into gear and moves backwards??? Should i be worried? It was last serviced at 133,000 miles and it has 139,000 on it now. I have just put 285 75 16 BFGoodrich KM2s on, could these be causing the issus?

I have not had an auto before. Any help is much appreciated  .

Mine does that too, exactly as you described. I believe it is the slack taking up in the autobox given the change of direction.

my LC90 autobox does that too . But if i move shifter to reverse slower, and then pause a moment before reversing there is no clunk.
its only when i am in a hurry it happens
