Dash light \ Air con illumination

Hi Guys

I have a 2013 Troopcarrier (VDJ78R), Ive just noticed that my aircon dials are not illuminated at night. I cant actually remember if they ever were. Can someone please confirm whether or not these are illuminated?

yr troopy dash is the plastic version, I presume?
there should be an Illumination bulb in the back which illuminates the logos. This bulb is a small push-in "grain-of-rice" type thing. Sometimes they rattle loose - or the bulb has blown - or the fuse?

Yes the plastic dash. Thanks for your help. I'll have a go at getting in behind there. Anyone have any experience with removing this dash plate without breaking things??

below the ashtray look for the two screws that hold the whole lot together. remove them and then things clip apart working from the bottom up...(after removing the knobs and slides)
