Decent Enough

That does look nice and straight, strange the paint on the wing tops has gone like that...

The tailgate is starting to blow along the bottom of the glass (which is repairable with some skill) and there’s no pics of the underside, as usual :icon-cry:

Still the price is reasonable.

I most certainly do Higgy, I was due to buy it a couple or 3 years ago when someone ( obviously the present owner) dived in the day before I was due to collect it and nabbed it from under me.
The the then owner happened to say where the present owner was from so it all fits.
I was more interested in buying it to see how the conversion had been done rather than it being a keeper, the bodywork was marginal then and I bet its not better now.

He only mentions the CDL, So maybe your right, 9 previous owners, Its been shoved about a bit... I like it for some reason, I spoke to him months ago. said he was selling coz him and a mate were off to Aus Overlanding. Or something like that... Guess he hasn't left yet....

Must admit I do love a y60 4.2 patrol but at the moment already got a few projects on the go, so don't want another one :). Plus trying to get parts would be interesting.
Have too many projects on the go, still on the hunt for a 105 to convert to a 1hdfte, just sold my DAF 150 (long story), building my 80 series and trying to sell my Defender 90, so anything I buy now just has to "work".

Swears by it. says the power steering is a bit notchy on first start up and thats it. Asked him if he wanted my 120 as a P/X .. He laughed and told me he was on his 3rd 120 all the others had gone Bang!... Im going to have a look anyway.. sounds an interesting chap, Likes his Cruisers... Mot history isnt Drastic
