Diesel engine flush

Hi folks,
I have a 1999 105 series cruiser with 322000 ks on the engine, I am thinking of giving the engine a oil flush,will this cause any problems.

If you have sludge in your engine it's impossible to get it out. If the engine has had regular oil changes there will hardly be any sludge. All these flushing treatments are just wasting peoples money.
