Do all 2003 120 series LC3's have a 5 speed gear box?

Just trying to find out do all 2003 120 series LC3's have a 5 speed gear box? Or were some with 6 speed gear boxes?
If not, what year did they start to come with the 6 speed box?

From what I can tell, all manual 120's had a 5 speed box up until 2005 when they were upgraded to 6 speed.

(Same time when the autos went from 4 speed to 5 speed)

AFAIAA the 120 manuals changed to 6 spd when the auto's changed to 5 spd. Don't take that as gospel though but it is late 2004 I think.

I have an Aussie 2005 120 with KZ TE engine and a 5 speed R150F gear box.
1KD-FTV is mated to the 6 speed RA61F gearbox.
