Hi, as of tomorrow I should be the new owner of an '04 120 LC4 auto. Bit too rusty underneath, but very tidy up top and it's been serviced annually, with the injector seals having been done in 2011. First job will be sump off and oil strainer inspection.
My 4x4 car history includes quite a few Subarus, a Shogun and the nastiest tattiest smelliest 90 Colorado for sale in the UK at the time.
It'd been used on Anglesey to pull boats out of the sea - even had a front towbar fitted. Absolutely stank, even after a major valet. But it got me through two winters and numerous bricks/logs/tip runs, until it blew it's torque converter on the motorway. Really miss that car... replaced it with another Subaru but now it's Landcruiser time again.
Questions from me will no doubt start tomorrow
I are quite excited.
