So sorry and really gutted to hear this sad news.

You guys really understood the importance of providing excellent customer service. Only passion and dedication delivers this and you both have abundance of that. You will be greatly missed!!

Wishing you all the best and hope to see you guys back very soon, one way or another, working on LCs again.
