Hello, has anyone got details on how to do this job.

Is it a PITA job or can it be done without too much hassle?

Kindly direct me as I am planning to change the warped discs at the same time I do my brake pistons etc..

Cheers

Can't see from this post which car you've got...
...but, on a 100:
You have to remove the hubs and unscrew/remove the disks from the back.

Gives you an excellent opp to repack bearings as well, and, most importantly,
remember to get a new inner seal for the hub before you start. Any seepage of grease here and your disks are toast.

Maybe, since you are that far in already, check your spindle bearings as well, although that's a bit more work. (remove, partly at least, the whole knuckle). This depends on miles and/or number of water crossings and salt baths. I'd say: Over 100 k miles, check spindles, at least by hand w/o removing knuckle - check for slack and wear.

Tip of the day:
If you put vehicle type, year and milage in your sig., it will be easier to reply intelligently.

Mate that sounds like a marathon job to me, but, I'll see if I can hack it...

Cheers
