Front outer wing removal tips?

Evening all,

As per the title really, replacing the front drivers side wing is creeping towards the top of the 'to do' pile so I'm wondering if there are any unforeseen obstacles I should know about?

Mine is rotten all the way along the wheel arch edge, and has now detached from the inner wing completely, although the inner looks to be in good condition.
