Ahh you're going to see it tomorrow, I'm next on his list if you don't like it, looked very nice on the advert just what I'm looking for. Have fun :)

Well rightly or wrongly I now own it
Not great morning for looking under cars tbh I could not see to much wrong with it apart from the normal
2nd gear hard to get in downshifting
front windows very slow
rear diff not working but I can hear the motor on the front one, part from those it all seems pretty good for it's age
I paid 4.5k for it seems a fair price

Well that's another one rescued and brought into the fold. Good work.

Looks good for a very reasonable price. The only way to get round the 2nd gear issue is to buy a box from a 97-8 model, the difference is remarkable. Otherwise its a double de clutch from 3rd to 2nd.

Nice 80 - want are the plans so for it ? A green laning truck?

Bargain i'd say well done and no worries about scratching paint at that price

TBH Andy I don't know what I will do with it, might just use it as a daily for a while, and if I like it I may sell the D-Max

I'd also say bargain.

Well done Dave. welcome back to the crew :)
