I have a landcruiser 100 Amazon automatic diesel ,2002 model. Of late I am experiencing a strange problem. When I cruise slightly above 100 km per hour and especially uphill, the car cuts power and brings out the ''check engine light''. I can not accelerate beyond 100 km per per hour and this speed limit reduces when driving uphill. If i stop the car and switch off the engine and then restart the car, the ''check engine light'' disappear, the car regains power and the cycle is repeated when i hit 100 km per her hour.again. Would any one know what is wrong with the car or what the fault is.

You need to read the fault code because that will indicate what the ECU isn't happy about and give a better chance of diagnosing the problem and finding solution. If you can't do that yourself then you need to find someone who can.
