Hello. Thanks for having me on board, especially as I don't actually have a Land Cruiser at the moment.
I currently drive a 2002 Land Rover Discovery 2 which I have owned for nearly 4 years and which is used for green-laning and when the weather gets snowy, icy or very wet. It's a very good car but reliability isn't it's forte, although it has got a lot better as time has gone on as all the problem areas have slowly got sorted out. I have looked in the past at Land Cruisers but a friend in the business said the new ones aren't as robust as they used to be, anymore than the new Land Rover Defender compares to an old 'proper' Defender. However, when the new model (the 250 I believe it is known as) was first announced, indicating it had returned a bit more to its roots, it peaked my interest, so I thought I would join up and see what people had to say about it.
I will have a rootle around and see what I can find. If I have any questions I'll be back.
