The EGR on all vehicles is prone to getting clogged up hence most of us delete it with a blanking plate though i'm not sure if thats possible with the 200 ? If not cleaning it is general maintenance .

Exhaust Gases Recirculation valve block off plate. This plate is used to prevent engine from stalling. EGR valve is often the cause of all sorts of problems with the engine including flooding the engine. NOTE: This is an off-road ONLY modification.
