Hinge for 2” section

Hi,
Got myself a welder, so going to try and make a swing out for BBQ and Gas, or some kind of box etc.
So will use the 2 inch hitch, and want to build something like the below from Wilco!

So what can you use as the hinge between the sections of 2inch section??

Google weld on hinge or tipper hinge and you might find something of interest to you .

Just as a FYI receiver stuff is 2" and not 50mm so 50mm box will rattle in a 2" receiver or not fit if you use 50mm

Thanks will have a look, I take it these are just welded onto the side of the box section.

All hinges are essentially just a pin through a hole but most of us don't have the diy tools or spare hours to drill through 2" thick steel so i just figured it might add some options for your own design .

All things are only as strong as the weakest link .
