immobilser activating

my immobiliser on 100 series vx amazon is activating without any reason, can the system be reset or retuned to make less sensitive, i have the immobiliser horn disabled i often see indicator lights flashing for about a minute thern go out when its activated.

Looks like you mean the alarm, not the immobiliser. The immobiliser is what makes the engine not start without the right key transponder.
If it's the alarm, then the most common culprit is a plug in the bottom left corner of the tailgate. It is wrapped with foam, which soaks water and makes the plug corrode. It confuses the alarm ECU when the signal from the tailgate switch is unstable. Open plug, clean and lube, remove foam, problem solved. You could also check for water ingress around 3rd brake light.
