Instuments in the panel not work

I have a Land Cruiser FZJ100L-GNPNKV,with engine FZ-FE, 6 cylinder in line,4,5 L, the dashboard speedometer,the tachometer,fuel indicator, temperature, battery voltage and oil pressure do not work,and also ignition is not enough voltage to the radio.I replaced all the instrument panel,but the trouble continues,and I have not a elecrical wiring diagram of this system.I need help of anyone can help me.
