I wouldn't really know where to start in relation to producing a size for them

You just throw your tape over what you've made already non?? IIRC they like to work off centre lines so measure inside/outside of what you've done & add/subtract half the tube diameter to give you centre line detail... TBH, it'd be 'right 'bout there my lovely' for sure!!!

Like I said Gav, it's look sorta OK in the pic. In the flesh it's square and miles out. Measuring would not be a good idea.
